This is the second time we’ve taken our vehicle in to superservice, and again it was a very open and transparent process. I think they are very reliable as far as the work that they do, and it was just overall a good experience again.

I had utilized Super Service a few years ago and had a generally good experience so this AM I needed to get an oil change before my 500 mi. trip to No. Cal. The first time I arrived at 7:55 I saw that they weren't open until 9 AM so came back at 9 AM only to find out that I was looking at the WRONG Business Door(my bad). The Service manager was very polite and said he could do my oil change in less than 2 hours if I wanted to wait and they had Wi-Fi, so I said sure. He said that they would honor a coupon I had been mailed(b a couple months ago for a full synthetic oil change for $69.00 which was a pretty good deal! In just under an hour the service manager told me that my car would be ready in 10 minutes! Sweet! I was told that I could use some new tires that the wear bars were showing but I wasn't prepared to pull that $$ trigger so I said I would check it out and replace them soon and I was not pressured any further. Sure enough when I pulled out of the way of their main door and checked the tires, there were indeed some wear bars in the tread showing(I got 43K miles out of OEM Michelin tires rated for 50K-not too bad?). I get a generally trusting feeling about these guys. I will probably give them a shot at my tire replacement!
